We offer a no hassle returns policy to make your purchase with us easy and simple.
Please Contact Us quoting your order number to let us know you will be returning an item to us.
To facilitate a return on a defective or wrong item shipped, please contact us via call or e-mail within 48 hours upon receiving the item. Due to the personal nature and potential health concern related to these items, we will accept returns for defective product only that have been opened. All other items to be returned must be requested within 48 hours and returned in still sealed in its original packaging.
Once a return request has been made, we will issue you a RA (Return Authorization). Please do not ship the item back without first obtaining an RA as the item will likely become lost in transit. We cannot credit you back for items that are not received back in the warehouse.
Returns are entitled to a store credit equal to the value of the product only, as shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to our warehouse on returned items PLUS a 20% re-stocking fee. Please note we recommend getting insurance on your returning item to protect yourself from any possible lose or damage to the returning item. You are responsible to have the returned item reach us in un-opened and non damaged before the store credit will be applied to your account.
Our customer service staff will proactively keep you appraised of the return process should you ever request for one. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return once it’s back into our warehouse.

Whenever possible, we strongly recommend you receive your package personally. Please always receive your order. For the sake of safekeeping and verification, please do not refuse the items. When a refund is in order, it will be facilitated much faster when the item is received as opposed to refused.
Always inspect your order at the earliest possible time upon delivery. Please report any irregularity in the condition of the parcel immediately with the shipper at the time of receiving (this will help if there is any damage caused to the contents inside). We strongly encourage you to report damages and/or shortages within 2 days upon receiving your order. Please review our shipping policy for more details.

For your privacy, it will be in a non-descript, plain packaged, with no branding or company labeling. Only your delivery details and the originating warehouse details will be included. The boxes are sealed to protect your purchase and there is no way for anyone to know what is inside.
Orders are shipped primarily via USPS. When requested, we will ship via expedited methods such as UPS, or DHL, ground or air services provided you agree to shoulder the additional cost for shipping. Whenever available, we will proactively provide you with a tracking number or consignment note so that you may track your package as well.
